Our return policy is you can ask for a full refund, minus shipping and handling, of any item opened or not, as long as there is some product left. We need some product in case there is an issue with the products effectiveness, consistency, etc. for testing. To receive a refund you must return the product to us at your expense. Refunds must be requested within one(1) week of product delivery, and must be postmarked for return within one(1) week of the request.
